As the director of Into the Woods, I served as the creative and organizational leader for my first full-length musical production. I oversaw every phase of the production, including casting, rehearsal planning, actor direction, blocking, collaboration with musicians and production staff, and the execution of the show's overall artistic vision. I led every rehearsal, provided performance feedback, made creative decisions, and ensured the cast and creative team worked toward a unified production. Beyond directing, I managed the show's social media marketing by creating promotional content that increased awareness and audience engagement leading up to opening night. Directing Into the Woods strengthened my leadership, communication, strategic planning, and project management skills while giving me firsthand experience leading a large team through a months-long creative process.

Soundscapes was a competitive one-act production that I directed for the One Acts Competition at Cherry Hill High School East in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Each student director was competitively selected and responsible for casting, directing, and producing a 45-minute one-act play. As director, I led every rehearsal, cast the production, developed the artistic vision, and guided the cast through character development, staging, and performance. One of the defining creative elements of the production was my extensive use of lighting and silhouettes to visually represent the lead character's internal thoughts and emotions, creating a unique storytelling experience that enhanced the audience's understanding of the play. Soundscapes was awarded Best Play in the competition, and the lead actress received Best Actress in a Leading Role, recognizing both the production's overall excellence and the strength of its performances.
